• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours subject to banking system availability.

• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

• Your Account is being used in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• ph961 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or a lawful order from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your ph961 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph961 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
